My project is to describe the molecular and cellular mechanism underlying neurodegeneration induced by Alpha-synuclein toxic aggregates in cell line models which is a model of Parkinson's disease. Also, making a fluorescent model protein of alpha-synuclein for tracing this protein in order to elucidate the propagation characteristics of these aggregates.
