Summary
I did Ph.D. in Biochemistry and subsequently completed postdoctoral research fellowship for two years in the Lab of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology at The University of Tokyo. I gained more than 10 years experiences in conducting molecular biology and biotechnological research, quality assurance, and lab facility management that made me theoretically and technically sound in small molecule screening, DNA barcode analysis, SNP detection, bio-marker development, assay and product development. I am professionally expert in molecular cloning and uncovering transcription regulatory factors in microbial systems using gene expression and protein engineering studies. I am passionate in conducting molecular investigation, modifying and troubleshooting experiments with standardized results that fall within the scope of my routine tasks. The most rewarding achievements of my career at Research Centre for Biochemistry and Food Technology at Yokohama, Japan was screening arrays of myosin heavy chain genes and determination of the distinct types of myosin cDNAs from the fast skeletal muscles of vertebrates, and invented a myosin-specific antibody (patent pending). I am well familiar with practical experience in reviewing FDA and EPA regulations for new chemical/compound selection based on the structural and chemical properties in anti-microbial/concrobium product development. Aside from my molecular biotechnology background, I am highly enthusiastic professional in program coordination, Project Management in R & D, and operation sites. I have proven leadership quality with high interpersonal and negotiation skills, and highly potential in structuring reports, protocols, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
