My intent is in developing an understanding of RNAi involved during plant embryogenesis. To do this, bioinformatics will be essential to research for target prediction, viability analysis of target effect on system, and synthesis of genetic map considering epigenetic effects. Which would require subsequent testing.
A categorization between essential vs non-essential genetic pathways is required to effectively design the model. Thereafter, regulation of viable thresholds of essential genetic pathways in necessary for the mRNA, sRNA, & protein levels.
