About
Summary
Skilled in vaccine-induced CD8+ T-cell memory responses, mouse experimentation, flow cytometry and functional immune assays, and first-author publications EBiomedicine and Cell Reports Medicine, I am looking for a postdoctoral position in Europe, to study long lived CD8+ T-cell responses induced by therapeutic and vaccinal new strategies against viral infections.
Positions
PhD student Oct 2021 - Dec 2025
Team ACCELERATES Godot, Vaccine Research Institute
Thesis subject: mechanisms of CD40-targeting subunit vaccine to induce anti-SARS-CoV-2 memory CD8+ T-cell responses
Designed and performed experiments on humanized NSG and transgenic hCD40 mouse models (bleeding, IP, IM, SC injections, spleen and lymph node collection), applied flow cytometry (cell staining, acquisition on spectral and conventional cytometers and data analysis), performed functional immune assays in BSL-2 laboratory (ELISpot, AIM, EpiMax), qPCR, ELISA, metabolism data analysis
Presented results during scientific meetings: CD40.SARS.CoV2 but not mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine stimulates selective enrichment in Spike- and Nucleocapsid-specific CD8+ stem cell-like memory T cells (poster communication, SFI Nice 2022), Generation of Tscm cells after anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination (oral communication, VRI Annual Meeting 2023)
Taught three courses in Master’s program in Immunity, Infection, Immunotherapy at UPEC
Published first author article: Subunit protein CD40.SARS.CoV2 vaccine induces SARS-CoV-2-specific stem cell-like memory CD8+ T cells (EBioMedicine, 2025, 111, 105479)
Published first author review: CD8+ Stem Cell-like Memory T Cells: Unveiling the Potential for Next-Generation Vaccination Strategies (Cell Reports Medicine, 2026, 7, 102990)
