- Working as a research assistant in a project entitled “DHR-ICMR Advanced Molecular Oncopathology Diagnostic Services” (DIAMOnDS) Soon to be a scheme by Govt. Of India.
- Wet lab: Nucleic acid extraction from FFPE blocks, liquid biopsy and fresh tissue, conventional and real-time PCR, droplet digital PCR, methylation based PCR, sanger sequencing, agarose gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
- Dry lab: Maintenance of laboratory stocks, indents, and equipment. Maintaining the QC/QA data for audits. Patient screening, recruitment and follow-ups. Organizing seminars and conducting workshops.
