Summary

I am seeking for a job opportunity as researcher in Life Sciences preferably in Medical Genetics or Cancer Biology. Recently, I have defended my PhD thesis on Evolutionary Human Genetics. Currently, most of my accomplished work is under review.

My PhD work has made me skilled in various techniques and concepts of human molecular genetics, population genetics, evolutionary biology, genomics, sequence and data analysis. I have also been fortunate to obtain exposure of wide range of disciplines of life sciences viz. basic bioinformatics, biostatistics, radiobiology, environmental biology, plant biology, basic proteomics and basic microbiology. I have served as a supervisor of ten MS students for their six months dissertation projects. In future, I wish to expand my expertise and knowledge in the field of Molecular Genetics of Human diseases.

I am ready for a job opportunity in industry or academia, that gives me a right platform to train and challenge myself for my long term goal, a career in scientific research. I am capable of working independently as well as in team. I am willing to dedicate my full potential to quickly learn and apply myself for anything new.
