Summary
This protocol describes a technique to imprint adhesive micropatterns on silicon elastomers like PDMS (poly-dimethyl siloxane). The micropatterns are stable for days (depending on the cell type) and regions outside the patterns prevent cell attachment. This technique is fast and easy and can be useful to combine cell stretching and micro-patterning.Further details
