Tris-Glycine DNA Electrophoresis Buffer (5x)

Procedure

0.25 M Tris-base, 2.0 M Glycine.

To Make 2.5 L 5x Tris-Glycine DNA Electrophoresis Buffer:

1. Dissolve 75.8 g Tris-base and 375.4 g Glycine in ddwater.
2. Bring the total volume to 2.5 L.
3. There is no need to adjust the pH of this buffer.
