1 M Tris Buffer Recipe (pH 7.5)

Procedure

1. Dissolve 121.1 g Tris in 800 ml of ulptrapure water.
2. Add 65 ml concentrated HCl (This should bring pH to 7.5).
3. Wait until solution reaches to room temperature, then measure the pH.
4. Sterilize by heat.
