Abstract

A new diphenyl ether pseudopithoether C (1), and five known compounds (2-6) were purified from secondary metabolites of the Aspergillus sp. GXNU-DY2-12 cultured in the rice medium. The new structure was analysed by NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and X-ray single crystal diffractometer. Compound 1 showed potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) - inhibiting activity and its IC50 value was 1.02 μM. Notably, it demonstrated remarkable insecticidal efficacy against Diaphorina citri Kuwayama, achieving a mortality rate of 88% under standardised bioassay conditions.
