Abstract

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among women in France. Unhealthy behaviors, inadequate care, changing lifestyles, and specific risk factors are all negative determinants that must be identified in order to take action, particularly with regard to modifiable risk factors. Healthcare professionals play a key role in informing women and promoting their access to preventive care programs.
