Abstract

A 27-year-old Indonesian man, presented to the ED with a non-healing wound on his left elbow and unintentional weight loss of 6 kg. Further investigation revealed the unexpected cause: An inadequate treated disseminated tuberculosis. This case highlights the importance of considering extrapulmonary TB in persistent soft tissue infections.
