Abstract

We report the genomic sequences of five environmental bacterial isolates (two Acinetobacter spp., Halpernia sp., Glaciimonas sp., and Pseudomonas sp.) from a supraglacial stream on the Gilkey Glacier, Alaska. These isolates provide resources for investigating distribution, survival, and biogeochemical cycling in cryospheric environments.
