Abstract

The proposed structure of oleraciamide A was confirmed by the computational methods and synthesis. However, the structure of oleraciamide B was found to be incorrect and, therefore, reassigned as an amine N-oxide. The structure of the reassigned natural product was confirmed through comparison with authentic material obtained via total synthesis.
