Abstract
The article presents the authors' hypothesis that sustainable human capital management systems in healthcare achieve maximum effectiveness when technological adaptability, geographically oriented workforce distribution, and comprehensive professional well-being support programs are integrated. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development and validation of a conceptual model that combines three complementary components of sustainable human capital management in healthcare, with an emphasis on their synergistic interaction. The practical significance of the work consists in formulating recommendations for public healthcare authorities on the creation of sustainable human capital management systems capable of effectively responding to challenges associated with territorial vastness and demographic change. The results of the study may be used in the development of national strategies for strengthening the healthcare workforce and regional programs aimed at optimizing medical workforce management.
