Abstract

Ewing sarcoma and primitive neuroectodermal tumors share histological and genetic characteristics, yet differ in management, with EWSR1 rearrangement being the key distinguishing factor. Such intracranial tumors lacking this rearrangement are rare in adults. This series highlights the diagnostic challenge and poor outcomes despite standard treatment.
