Abstract

A high homologous temperature polymer (i.e., PEG1000) was used as a binder to construct a Zn powder composite anode, enabling solvent-free, low-pressure calendering fabrication of ZnP anodes. Meanwhile, the highly mobile PEG chains provide abundant sub-nanometer free volume for smooth Zn2+ transport, thereby significantly improving electrochemical performance.
