Abstract

Twist-angle engineering in M-N4-graphene/BN heterostructures enables bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysis. CoN4-G/BN at 330.00° achieves 0.29 V ORR and 0.39 V OER overpotentials via interfacial charge redistribution.
