Abstract

A 62-year-old woman presented with chronic dyspnea since childhood and progressive hypercapnic respiratory failure. Imaging revealed right diaphragmatic elevation, left lung hypoplasia, and absence of left pectoral muscles. Poland syndrome was diagnosed. This case highlights the importance of thorough physical examination and imaging interpretation in identifying rare congenital conditions.
