Abstract

A Co2+/3+ redox-shuttle-bridged Z-scheme ZnIn2S4@Co-CeO2 heterojunction enables concurrent hole-driven C-H activation and electron-driven carbonyl reduction for direct carbonyl-alkene cross-coupling to diverse tertiary alcohols under mild conditions.
