Abstract
Although malignancy often leads the differential for patients with obstructive laryngeal masses, infectious etiologies should also be considered. This case report describes a rare presentation of laryngeal Nocardiosis in an immunosuppressed patient with biopsy findings not suggestive of malignancy. Early consideration of infectious etiologies can reduce delays in treatment, prevent airway compromise, and minimize patient mortality.
