Abstract

Bilateral impaction of mandibular second and third molars with severe lingual displacement is exceptionally rare. CBCT is essential for accurately assessing tooth orientation, lingual cortical plate perforation, and proximity to the inferior alveolar canal, thereby facilitating diagnosis, surgical planning, and risk assessment.
