Abstract
This clinical report describes the prosthetic rehabilitation of a 59-year-old edentulous woman with pemphigus vulgaris using implant-supported fixed prostheses. The treatment involved the placement of endosseous dental implants with cone beam computed tomography guided planning, followed by multiunit abutments and screw-retained prostheses. At the 3-year follow-up, the patient had experienced significant improvement in health, esthetics, and function, with stable implants and minimal bone loss.
