Abstract
Oncologic resections of the transverse colon and flexures remain challenging in minimally invasive colorectal surgery, as lesion localization and the final extent of resection often require intraoperative decision-making. This video article describes a suprapubic single-docking robotic strategy designed to provide a versatile operative configuration adaptable to different resection and reconstruction scenarios. The technique is illustrated through two representative cases, including an extended right colectomy and a splenic flexure resection. Perioperative, technical, and pathological outcomes of 23 consecutive patients treated with this approach were also analyzed.
