Abstract

A novel hybrid heterocyclic framework was successfully achieved through a sequential cyclization involving the palladium-catalyzed alkynyl insertion/olefin carboamination reaction from non-cyclic substrates, providing operable adjustable heterocyclic combinations and modifiable skeletons, featuring an efficient molecular queuing strategy under simple and mild conditions, and exhibiting a broad substrate scope and good synthetic versatility.
