Abstract

The phase 3 RASolute 302 trial demonstrated significant overall and progression-free survival benefits with daraxonrasib over investigator's choice chemotherapy in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma harboring RAS G12 mutations after progression on prior chemotherapy.¹ The benefit in patients with non-G12 RAS mutations or RAS wild-type tumors remains unclear.
