Abstract

A 25-year-old woman with progressive dyspnea underwent multimodality cardiovascular imaging, establishing the diagnosis of interrupted aortic arch with a giant pulmonary artery aneurysm. The combined strengths of echocardiography, cardiac computed tomography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance, and 4D flow imaging guided therapeutic decision-making in complex congenital heart disease.
