Abstract

This article reports an experience-based 10-year follow-up of a January 2016 Aesthetic Surgery Journal paper that reviewed over 600 cases of labiaplasty and clitoral hood alteration. Long-term follow-up reports of published articles have been recommended to evaluate the original paper's results and conclusions. This is a summary of the author's subsequent labiaplasty experience, evaluating his original technical suggestions and caveats for their validity after performing an additional 800 female external genital aesthetic surgical procedures. The more recent experience of the author indicates that the findings and suggestions in his 2016 article remain valid. Level of Evidence: 5 (Therapeutic) For image description, please refer to the figure legend and surrounding text.
