Abstract
Acupoint is a special part on the body surface, into which qi and blood of zang-fu organs and meridians are infused. In pathological condition, a set of specific symptoms and signs may be manifested on the acupoint, referring to "acupoint syndrome". Taking Fengfu (GV16) as an example, through literature interpretation, theoretical analysis and clinical evidence study, the paper elucidates the theoretical connotation, clinical diagnosis and therapeutic value of "acupoint syndrome", so as to construct its theoretical system, explore its clinical significance, enrich and develop the clinical connotation of acupoint. It provides a novel idea and method for the construction of clinical diagnosis of acupuncture- moxibustion.
