Abstract

This color Doppler ultrasound image visualizes an ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor (OSST). The heterogeneous echo texture of the tumor is clearly depicted, while the color-coded blood flow signals (blue/red) reveal the vascular architecture within the lesion. Such ultrasonographic features are pivotal for characterizing the tumor's structural and hemodynamic properties, enabling accurate preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis among ovarian stromal tumors. This image exemplifies how advanced ultrasound techniques can uncover the distinct sonographic signature of OSST, thereby supporting precise clinical decision-making.
