Abstract

Current remission criteria for pemphigus vulgaris rely on binary, lesion-based endpoints that do not capture immunological status, treatment toxicity, or patient quality of life. We argue for a multidimensional framework incorporating minimal disease activity, validated severity scores, glucocorticoid toxicity indices, and patient-reported outcomes.
