Abstract

We report the complete genome sequence of Stutzerimonas sp. strain CXK-1 isolated from coastal sediment of Liaodong Bay, China. The genome comprises a single circular chromosome of 4,133,985 bp with a G + C content of 65.03% and contains 3,810 predicted protein-coding genes.
