Abstract

An osteoma is a noncancerous growth that can develop from dense or spongy bone, typically located in the facial area or the skull. It is widely considered that the occurrence of osteoma is not accurately documented, as the majority of cases do not show any symptoms. This article enlightens us on the types of osteomas, etiological hypotheses, clinical features, and treatment.
