Abstract
High-grade gliomas are aggressive primary brain tumors that are extremely malignant, especially isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wildtype glioblastoma. This case concerns a male 54-year-old with a history of substance abuse who was undervalued and diagnosed with a large glioblastoma following several months of inappropriate behavior. Although there has been some recent progress, a tumor of this size is still considered incurable and is currently a rare diagnosis in Western countries.
