Abstract

Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) is an established therapy for refractory chronic neuropathic pain unresponsive to conventional management. Recent developments, including burst, high-frequency, and closed-loop stimulation, have broadened therapeutic options, though long-term comparative data remain limited.
