Abstract

Symptomatic benign nasopharyngeal lesions following adenoidectomy are uncommon in children. This study describes and investigates a previously unreported transient vascular granulation tissue in the nasopharynx post-adenoidectomy, focusing on its clinical features, imaging characteristics, and the effectiveness of conservative management. This study retrospectively analyzed the data of 4 children with nasopharyngeal neoorganisms treated in the outpatient department of Otolaryngology, Nanjing Children's Hospital from 2020 to 2022, and discussed the laryngoscopic manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
