Abstract
Osteoarticular tuberculosis (TB) is a rare but serious form of extrapulmonary TB that often presents with nonspecific symptoms, leading to delayed diagnosis and an increased risk of joint destruction. We report a case of knee TB in an immunocompetent patient, underscoring the diagnostic challenges and emphasizing the role of molecular techniques in the early management of this uncommon form of TB.
