Abstract

In this work, a systematic exploration was conducted on the solution-state photophysical and optical properties of a series of enantiomeric clusters. The enantiomeric clusters exhibit aggregation-induced emission characteristics and yield circular dichroism signals with distinct Cotton effects that display perfect mirror-image relationships. Furthermore, we observed the phenomenon where aggregation significantly attenuates their circular dichroism signals. Cytotoxicity assays confirm the good biocompatibility of the clusters, demonstrating their potential for cell imaging applications.
