Abstract

Epithelial orbital cyst formation is an uncommon sequela to the repair of orbital floor fractures with alloplastic implant materials. This series depicts two cases of orbital cysts associated with a history of traumatic orbital floor fracture and reconstructive surgery. We demonstrate techniques for managing post-traumatic orbital cysts by use of 3D-planned patient-specific implants (PSIs) and surgical navigation (SN).
