Abstract

CoFe carbides enable the conversion of CO2-to-C2+ olefins yet undergo deactivation via agglomeration and cooking. Introducing Na/Al2O3 as a spatial isolator stabilizes the carbide and suppresses carbon deposition. The optimal composite achieves 48.6% CO2 conversion and a C2+ olefin space-time yield of 904.8 mg gcat-1 h-1 (4.1 × pristine NaCoFe), guiding durable catalyst design.
