Abstract

We report the draft genome sequence of Klebsiella pneumoniae strain MTRKPMMI01, isolated from a rectal swab of a diarrheic dairy cow from a dairy farm in Mymensingh city, with a total length of 5,239,585 bp, 3 plasmid replicons, 41 predicted antimicrobial resistance genes, and 93 predicted virulence factor genes.
