Abstract

We report the organic template-free synthesis of zeolite CHA using caesium hydroxide as a single mineralising agent. The Cs-CHA zeolites obtained have unusual textural porosity and higher yields compared to Na,Cs-CHA zeolites prepared with the addition of both sodium hydroxide and caesium hydroxide.
