Abstract

This rare adult case features bilateral patent ductus Arteriosi with a vanished left pulmonary artery (LPA). Anomalous ductal origin of the LPA is rarer than its right-sided counterpart. Timely surgical LPA reimplantation to the main pulmonary artery averted irreversible vascular obstruction in reactive pulmonary hypertension.
