➢ Robotic systems are an emerging technology for the treatment of fragility fractures.➢ An emerging treatment paradigm is to manage fragility fractures of the acetabulum with acute total hip arthroplasty or a combined hip procedure.➢ Multidisciplinary care and orthogeriatric comanagement are fundamental components of the management of fragility fractures of the hip.➢ Sarcopenia is highly prevalent among patients with fragility fractures.
