This Ethics Committee report outlines the ethical issues around the posthumous use of gametic tissue or embryos. This document replaces the last version of this document, published in 2018, titled "Posthumous retrieval and use of gametes or embryos: an Ethics Committee opinion" (Fertil Steril. 2018;110:45-9).
