Abstract

A nerve-sparing prelacrimal approach provides direct endoscopic access to sphenoid lateral recess meningoceles while bypassing the vidian and maxillary nerves. This corridor enables effective repair and multilayer reconstruction while minimizing neurovascular morbidity.
