Abstract

This case report documents the first recorded incidence of co-occurring bilateral vocal cord paralysis (BVCP) and complete agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC) in a preterm neonate. The simultaneous presentation of these rare congenital neurodevelopmental and structural anomalies highlights complex diagnostic and therapeutic management challenges in neonatal care.
