Abstract

The [^117/119Sb]Sb³⁺ theranostic pair offers a promising radiotheranostic approach for targeted single-cell cancer therapy. Herein, a series of bisthiosemicarbazones were evaluated for coordination of stable (non-radioactive) and radioactive ^1XXSb. Three ligands exhibited near-quantitative binding of ^1XXSb, and two of the resulting complexes remained stable under physiological challenge conditions.
