Abstract

By engineering the donor-acceptor scaffold of isoluminol, we developed 2TPA-IsoL, a novel chemiluminescent probe with red-shifted emission (600 nm), high HOCl selectivity, and prolonged kinetics. It enables deep-tissue imaging and therapeutic evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease, offering a generalizable strategy for long-wavelength chemiluminescent probe design.
