Abstract

Research on predictive biomarkers in haploidentical SCT (haplo-HSCT) with post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy) remains limited, particularly regarding the critical first week post-infusion. We prospectively evaluated serum ST2, REG3α, and the MAGIC algorithm pre-conditioning and at days 0, +7, +14, and +21 in 81 adult patients undergoing haplo-HSCT with PTCy. ST2 and REG3α surged significantly from pre-conditioning to day 0 (p=0.031 and p.
